SHIPPING POLICY for BOLDIFY
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $50: $2.95 flat rate standard delivery
- Orders $50 and over: FREE standard delivery
- Expedited shipping: Not available
- Signature-required deliveries: Not available
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: 7–10 business days
- Most orders arrive early, but delays can occur. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Order Processing & Carriers
- Orders may ship in multiple packages from different facilities. Items may arrive on separate days with different carriers.
- Carriers are chosen based on several factors; requests for specific carriers can’t be accommodated.
Addresses & Tracking
- Once an order is placed, we’re unable to change the shipping address.
- If you notice an error, please wait for your tracking email and contact the carrier directly to update.
- Boldify is not responsible for items misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived
- Please allow 10 business days for all items to arrive.
- If your package is marked “Delivered” but not received, allow 5 additional business days—some carriers mark packages delivered before they reach your door.
- If your order still hasn’t arrived after these timeframes, contact Customer Care at support@getboldify.com with your order details and we’ll help right away.
Damaged Items
- If your item(s) arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and products.
- Email our Customer Care Team at support@getboldify.com with your order details and photos so we can assist promptly.
