Shipping Policy
At this time, we ship within the US only; see below for details. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Timeframes provided are an estimate only; delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. While most orders arrive early, there are instances in which orders may arrive late. The carrier chosen is based on several factors; requests for specific carrier delivery cannot be obliged. Shipping addresses cannot be altered once an order has been placed; if you recognize an address issue post-placement, please await the Tracking Information (via email) and reach out to the indicated carrier directly to update. BOLDIFY is not responsible for items mis-delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address. Please note, multiple-item orders will likely be shipped in multiple packages/from different facilities, and arrive on separate days/with different carriers; please allow 10 Business days for all items to arrive. If all ordered items are not received within this timeframe, reach out to Customer Care at support@getboldify.com with your Order Details so that we can promptly assist. If a package has been marked "Delivered" by the carrier but has not yet been received, please allow 5 additional Business Days for the package to be delivered. (Some carriers will show “delivered” when the parcel arrives at the local facility, but have not completed delivery to your door.) If the order has not been received by the 5th Business Day post-delivery per the Package Tracking, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at support@getboldify.com with your Order Details so that we can promptly assist. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please retain all packaging and products, and email our Customer Care Team at support@getboldify.com with your Order Details and photos of the condition in which the item(s) of issue arrived so that we can promptly assist.
